4F-PVP is a synthetic substituted cathinone type stimulant which was first developed some time ago. Chemically, it is a ketone analogue of Prolitane, and very similar to Pyrovalerone in many respects. Like those compounds, 4fpvp is a reuptake inhibitor of both norepinephrine and dopamine. Its pharmacology is closes to theat of MDPV, with IC50 values of 14.2 nM for norepinephrine and 12.8 nM for dopamine.
